DAY 4

Up and over from the Swiss to French side. Before leaving the camp site ensure we have the following packed:

1 x breakfast 

2x lunch 

1 x dinner 

2 x snacks 

Running water at 3/13 km and 8/13 km 

We arrive at a campsite in a small hamlet there is restaurants but no supermarkets
