from the top of POINTE DE LA MASSE head down the 'bouquetin run' once interesction with lac noir black run hop on. 

Return journey on BETTEX chair

When the lac noir run starts to bend to the right go hard left along the ridge / dip down if needed.

keep the lake noir on your right the hold time and keep traversing

wait till lac crintallia is on your right.

from here (Col de la Bache) traverse round to the left of lac crintallia continue to the left of le teurre 

ski down in to Le Bettaixfinding a safe place to cross there should be a bridge.

return via the BETTEX chair lift
