(Meribell / les Menuires) ROC DE TOUNGE into les minueres loop

from either the top of the ROC DE TOUGNE or TEPPES lift 

exit lift and head for the summir of roc de tougne, if exiting the roc de tougne lift this will be on right and from teppes lift on your left.

start with a 45 min climb to the summit of roc de tougnes from the top of the lift.

choose either ridgline to climb up on 

upon reaching summit head north (straight) towards a small col marking the beginning of the run

dip in on the left side and mainiting the teppes lift on your left and grow tougne run on your right. 

the exit leaves you at the bottom of the teppes or mont de la challe chair lifts or can continue to ski don into saint martin, great to do jeruselem from aswell
