(Meribell / les Menuires) ROC DE TOUNGE into meribel loop

from either the top of the ROC DE TOUGNE or TEPPES lifts.

exit lift and head for the summit of roc de tougne, if exiting the roc de tougne lift this will be on your right. and from teppes lift on the left. 

Start with a 45-minute climb to the summit of Roc de Tougnes from the top of the Roc de Tougne lift.

Choose either ridgeline for the ascent, but be cautious of cornices

Upon reaching the summit, head north (straight) towards a small col marking the beginning of the run.
