Tokoinranta (Helsinki) parkrun

Nice out and back course, mostly flat with a couple of short, sharp inclines. Everyone was very friendly. More tourists than locals here. Not what I’d hoped to do - hamstring went again at about 1 mile. Walked / limped the rest.
