For almost 30 years, the fire in the open beech wood fireplace has been burning in the STADTKRUG, which gives the grill restaurant its special atmosphere. Based on the Idar-Oberstein spit-roast culture, roast pork neck and roast beef from Argentine Angus beef, as well as pork tenderloin and pork ribs, are prepared over the open fire.
