Basse Super G
Basse Super G is the lower “SuperG” line at Sentiers du Moulin (Lac-Beauport). It’s built as an all-mountain/downhill-style flow section with a long, descending rhythm rather than a technical slog, and it’s used as a continuation into more of the network from the Sentiers du Moulin hub.
Expect berms and faster-moving features built into the tread—drops, jumps, and wallride elements—mixed with some rock-face/rock-spine style moments that keep it from being a straight mellow line. The trail opened in 2017 and is part of the SuperG progression (AKA “Lower SuperG”).
The physical rating is moderate, with e-bike support on the trail network. Build-wise, it’s a purpose-designed extension rather than a loose connector: the line was constructed with mechanical work plus a finishing team, and it’s intended to keep its flow qualities through repeated traffic when conditions are right.
Plan your ride like a dedicated descent: set aside time to scout the bigger feature entries/roll-ins first, then commit on the fast sections once you’ve picked your lines. If it’s been wet, focus on traction before chasing speed—this style of flow trail has several committed elements where a slight slip can change the whole setup.
