Bridge damaged

Chown Creek bridge washed away in 2021. NOBO hikers can attempt to ford downstream of the former bridge where the creek is braided and shallower. If the creek is impassable, hikers can bushwhack in the forest on the south bank of Chown Creek and reconnect to the GDT in about 3 km upstream.
