Cle Elum River - Overlook

Right down a short side road is a large multi-family campsite that features multiple fire pits and flat ground for tent camping. Small RV’s can navigate into site however the short decline into the side road should be taken slow. There is some noise from the road as there is a very popular hiking trail further up the road. A one minute walk up a hill to a cliff gives you a gorgeous view of the river and a different path leads you to a path to the river that should be taken with extreme caution. There was plenty of dry deadfall for firewood. Bugs weren’t too bad but you should come prepared. would be sketchy for small kids as there are dropoffs.
