MEC

MEC is a black-diamond singletrack mountain bike trail in the Sentiers du Moulin network in Lac-Beauport. It’s a technical line built for riders who want sustained challenge rather than an easy spin, with frequent rock-and-root style obstacles and steep ascents/descents packed into a short ride.

The trail was completed in 2009 and is used as part of a longer ride option: when you combine it with Lutin Tom, you can make a loop of roughly 5 km. MEC can be ridden as a standalone 3.5 km run, but pairing it helps distribute the effort and gives you more continuous singletrack time.
