Raph

Raph is an easy green cross-country style option inside Sentiers du Moulin in Lac-Beauport, Quebec. Expect a smooth, relaxed ride intended for building skills or warming up in the SDM trail network.

The trail is named after Raphaël Gagné and is used not only in summer for mountain biking, but also as a winter fat-biking line (the “Raph” concept in its easier winter version).

Construction history is part of the trail identity here: a version opened in 2015, and a “new version” in 2022 focused on softening the climbs/grades and improving drainage and the riding surface. If you ride in wet weather, plan to scout the section you’ll ride first and be ready for condition-based closures or limitations in the SDM network.
