Bob McIntosh Memorial is an easy cross-country mountain-bike connector in the Alice Lake and Garibaldi Highlands area near Diamond Head, linking into the wider trail network (including the Four Lakes trail and the Rock ’n Roll network). It’s built for quick riding between systems rather than big line choices, and it can be ridden comfortably in both directions.
Riders use the corridor as part of Alice Lake Loop-style outings, where the down-links lead into technical singletrack connections such as Mashiter and Tracks from Hell. The trail also forms a link from the South Coaster Adaptive Trail, expanding year-round access options from the Diamond Head side of the Alice Lake Park system.
