Lower Pamplemousse
Lower Pamplemousse is a machine-built downhill-style line in the Diamond Head zone of Squamish, built to move fast with a flowy, feature-dense riding character. Expect berms and jumps integrated into singletrack, with a ride feel that’s often described as a smoother alternative to the busier Jack’s Trail line nearby (though you’ll still want solid intermediate-to-advanced control to keep momentum through the features).
For prep, treat it as a commitment when conditions are damp: the drainage-and-durability focus that’s part of the build is meant to stand up to regular traffic, but fast, hard-packed sections and technical bits can still change quickly when wet. Before committing, scout the approach and the feature stacks you plan to ride cleanly, and be ready to walk the burliest options if traction or lines look off.
