Man Boobs

Man Boobs is a Squamish singletrack ride in the Alice Lake & Highlands area, graded as a blue trail and ridden as a downhill-focused line. It’s known for high-speed berms and “machine-built feel” even though it’s a non-machined trail, with sections that can be rocky and rooty.

Expect traction work: the trail character mixes rocky/rooty bits with flow, and it includes riding features like berms plus bridge and drop-style elements. Typical ride-time is under 10 minutes, with about -320 ft of descent over roughly 3,625 ft of trail distance.

Built in 2014, the trail was developed by another Jim Harvey–era build. Plan for a fast momentum style but scout key entries and exits—especially if you’re arriving after wet weather—because slippery rock can turn the technical bits into a bigger test than expected.

If you want a connected day around it, Man Boobs is often linked with Rupert’s and Rollercoaster as a popular intermediate/advanced one-direction loop, coming in at about 7.4 miles with over 1,000 ft of climbing and roughly 1,100 ft of descent.
