Pamplemousse is a high-speed mountain bike flow trail in the Alice Lake area near Squamish, built around berms and jump lines with a mix of tight corners, wooden features, and optional gaps. The riding requires advanced cornering and jumping skills—go in prepared to take a slower first run until you know the crux sections and bypasses.
The trail was hand-built over about 3 years by local builders, with maintenance support from Ride BC. If the trail is wet, expect traction changes through exposed sections and steep corners; it’s worth doing a scout line and checking how berms and features are behaving before committing to full speed.
