Sendeiro Lagúa dos Peixes - Pena Trevinca GR 84 is a moderate GR-84 hike in the Lago de Sanabria Natural Park that climbs from the Laguna de los Peces area up toward Peña Trevinca (2,127 m), the highest point in Galicia and the province of Zamora. The route is a classic out-and-back profile on the GR-84 corridor.

A practical way to think about it: you start at the Laguna de los Peces Parking Lot, then follow the GR-84 up to the Peña Trevinca high point before turning back. Typical completion times run about 7–8 hours for the full out-and-back, depending on pace and conditions.

Plan for big elevation for its “moderate” label: the hike is estimated at roughly 23.6 km round-trip with about 500–700+ m+ (1,600–2,300+ ft) of elevation gain reported for the Sendero Laguna de los Peces – Peña Trevinca section of GR-84.
