Agnes Creek Yurt

Agnes Creek Yurt is a private-use wilderness yurt operated by Yonder Yurts near the Lake Agnes Trailhead in Colorado’s State Forest State Park area. It’s set up for backcountry stays and is fueled by a wood stove plus a propane cooktop.

The yurt is bookable through the operator, and getting there depends on the season: a 4WD drive in summer or about a 1.5-mile winter approach. It doesn’t have showers or running water, and it offers very limited cell service—bring what you’ll need for cooking, heat, and water needs.
