Borie is a backcountry shelter hut made of dry stone. It’s a simple shelter used for overnight trips rather than staffed accommodation, suited to parties heading off established routes in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.

Plan on basic sheltering only; there’s an emphasis on the stone hut form (dry-stone construction) rather than modern hut services.
