Bossard's Cabin

Bossard's Cabin is a private wilderness hut on the Finger Lakes Trail area, where hikers are welcome to use the cabin. Use is typically first-come, first-served: arrive, sign in the logbook inside, and spend the night or time in the space.

It’s generally free to use, though donations are encouraged because the cabin is supported by the landowner and the hiking community. Access to the cabin is historically closed during peak hunting season, so plan around that period before you go.
