Camp WeCheMe Lodge
Camp WeCheMe Lodge is a backcountry-style alpine hut used for group overnights and community events within Galena Creek Regional Park in Nevada. It includes 12 bunkrooms, a large kitchen, and a grand room with a gas fireplace, with restrooms on each floor.
Use is operated through Washoe County Regional Parks and Open Space: the lodge is run seasonally from May 1 through mid-October, and reservations are handled directly through Park Reservations/Regional Parks for overnight stays. The reservation package also includes the outdoor amphitheater and a large grass area adjacent to the lodge.
Fee details vary by use type (overnight, youth/adult nightly rates, and kitchen/daytime event charges), and events that run past 6pm require security services until the scheduled end time (not applicable to overnight reservations).
For group planning, there’s an upper overnight use of 94 people noted for overnight use, and facility tours or ranger questions can be handled through the Ranger Office.
