Capitelle DFCI Pic Méjean

Capitelle DFCI Pic Méjean is a small, dry-stone shelter on the Pic Méjean area near Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols (Gard, France), used as an emergency shelter and a daytime resting point. It is an unstaffed structure: plan on using it on a first-come, first-served basis (no booking process).

The shelter is built of dry stone and provides only basic shelter/space (no running water or electricity). Bring everything you need for a night stop (water, heat/food as required, and basic shelter gear) and treat it as a backcountry stop rather than a serviced refuge.
