capitelles jumelles
Capitelles jumelles is a dry-stone shelter (“capitelle”) used as a small agricultural shelter and storage. It’s built as masonry without mortar, following the traditional capitelle style, and is associated with the local name “Mazet.”
For planning, treat it as a simple backcountry shelter rather than a staffed refuge: plan to be self-sufficient and bring your own gear and supplies for the night.
