Carbet Grillon
Carbet Grillon is an ONF backcountry hut/carbet in French Guiana, used as a base on the Route de Bélizon for overnighting during creek/forest outings. It’s positioned near Crique Grillon, and paddling or hiking parties commonly reach it as part of a multi-day itinerary.
It is specifically used as the stop for meals and an overnight before continuing onward (for example, in multi-day paddling routes along Crique Grillon toward Orapu). Vehicle access is typically handled by driving up the Piste de Bélizon and then arranging the final approach to the carbet.
