Hat Hilton

Hat Hilton is an unofficial backcountry cabin maintained by volunteers near Hat Pass along the Howe Sound Crest Trail area. It has sleeping capacity for 6 people, and it’s set up for basic emergency-style use rather than a managed, bookable hut stay.

Use is free and no reservation is required, but the volunteers ask that you email to reserve the cabin at hathiltonhotel@gmail.com. The cabin has a fireplace, mattresses, and cold shower (no drinking water provided, and no toilets). It sits at about 1020 m elevation.
