Henriette Lake Cabin is an unstaffed backcountry wilderness hut near Squamish, used for self-reliant stays in remote terrain. Use is free and it does not take reservations; plan on first-come, first-served access.
The cabin is rustic with a small kitchen and a wood stove, plus sleeping space upstairs (bring your own sleeping bag and gear). The approach trail starts near the defunct Woodfibre pulp mill; the route is highly challenging and remote, and recent trip reports have mentioned issues with damaged bridges and creek crossings.
