Hinton Nordic Centre

Hinton Nordic Centre is a backcountry-style cross-country ski day lodge and warming-shelter base in Hinton, operated by Hinton Nordic Skiers. It includes a rustic day lodge plus warm-up shelters, with other Nordic facilities on site such as a biathlon range and a telemark hill, and the centre is managed as part of the William A. Switzer Provincial Park network.

In winter, the Nordic Centre is used for classic and skate skiing, with access to a trail system totaling over 35 km of groomed terrain. Use is day-based (no overnight hut booking is offered through the operator), and the visitor experience is supported by self-registration/paid day-use access rather than reserving overnight space.
