Kapalaoa Cabin

Kapalaoa Cabin is a wilderness cabin in Haleakalā National Park, operated by the National Park Service. It sits on the Sliding Sands Trail area on Haleakalā Crater, at about 7,264 ft (2,210 m).

The cabin is part of the area’s NPS historic-built environment associated with the Civilian Conservation Corps, with an inception date of 1937.
