Mistaya Lodge

Mistaya Lodge is a helicopter-access backcountry lodge in the Canadian Rockies near Golden, with operations based in Golden, British Columbia. The lodge runs both summer alpine hiking and winter guided ski touring, and it’s family-run with certified guides planning excursions such as alpine hiking, guided ski touring, snowshoeing, and mountaineering.

The lodge offers fully catered backcountry hiking accommodations in summer, including a sauna and a large outdoor deck. In winter, it’s set up for powder skiing, snowshoeing, and winter mountaineering, with helicopter logistics shaping arrival/departure exchange days (Mondays/Fridays for summer packages, and Sunday flights during mid-winter for 7-night stays).
