Podunk Guard Station

Podunk Guard Station is a backcountry shelter in Utah, United States. It is operated by US Forest Service. Reservations are required for stays. Fees apply; current charge: 30 USD/night.

Bring your own water or a treatment method. Use the surrounding trail, forest, park, or backcountry network for nearby outdoor travel appropriate to the local terrain and season. Bring a sleeping bag, food, lighting, toilet paper, a first-aid kit, and pack-out bags; add stove/fuel, navigation, communication, winter, and avalanche equipment where conditions require it.
