Queen Mary Lake Cabin is a backcountry hut in Height of the Rockies Provincial Park, managed by BC Parks. The cabin sleeps 8 and has a wood stove; a pit toilet is nearby.
Use is first-come, first-served with no advance booking required. Use is free. The park is a wilderness area without supplies or equipment, so you must bring all your own gear and pack out what you bring in, including drinking water (potable water isn’t available in the park).
Approach is remote and walk-in wilderness access; the park’s general rules prohibit motorized and mechanized recreational access (including helicopters, snowmobiles, ATVs, and mountain bikes), while horseback riding is permitted.
