Romper Room

Romper Room is an indoor climbing centre in Nanaimo with 7,500 square feet of climbing surface. Its facilities cover top-rope and lead climbing, a bouldering cave, auto-belays, and a training area equipped with two MoonBoards.

The centre offers equipment rentals and introductory instruction for new climbers. Rope users should note that belaying requires Romper Room certification; climbing shoes are required in the climbing areas. It is open Monday afternoons and evenings, Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 to 22:00, and weekends from 10:00 to 18:00.
