Smithers Snowmobile Association Main Cabin

Smithers Snowmobile Association Main Cabin is a snowmobile wilderness hut maintained by the Smithers Snowmobile Association. It’s used as a public and emergency warming shelter during snowmobile rides, not as a privately bookable cabin for overnight use.

Use is open to snowmobilers during rides, with access tied to Smithers Snowmobile Association membership or a day pass. Day passes cost $25 per person, and annual memberships can be purchased online through the Smithers Snowmobile Association or in Smithers at Evergreen Industrial and Trails North Powersports. You can use the cabin during your rides even though you can’t reserve it in advance.
