The Nordic Yurt
The Nordic Yurt is a wilderness yurt used for backcountry-style dining experiences at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center in Midway, Utah. Bookings are handled by Wilderness Access Outfitters, with reservations available online or by phone.
In winter, the experience is a guided evening snowshoe to a private yurt. The trek is about 1/2 mile through Soldier Hollow Nordic Center’s Nordic trails and the yurt dinner includes a four-course meal, with an outdoor fire set up for s’mores. Summer yurt dinners are also offered with a half-mile guided hike via the Soldier Hollow Nordic Trail System.
