Winchester Mountain Lookout

Winchester Mountain Lookout is a backcountry shelter in Washington, United States. It is operated by Mount Baker Club. Use is free. Public access is generally permitted.

Use the surrounding trail, forest, park, or backcountry network for nearby outdoor travel appropriate to the local terrain and season. Bring a sleeping bag, food, lighting, toilet paper, a first-aid kit, and pack-out bags; add stove/fuel, navigation, communication, winter, and avalanche equipment where conditions require it. Check current conditions and local rules with the land manager or operator before relying on it for a trip.
