Centro de Visitantes El Cisne - PNN

Centro de Visitantes El Cisne (PNN) is a high-mountain visitor center/refuge inside Parque Nacional Natural Los Nevados, used as a base for acclimatization and day hikes toward landmarks in the Santa Isabel–Laguna Verde area. It sits at roughly 4,150 m and operates as both an accommodation-style stop and a trailhead hub for on-foot outings from the northern sector of the park.

The facility includes dormitory-style rooms/refuge rooms plus a camping area, and it has services geared to staying a night: a restaurant and café, first-aid point, and indoor rest areas. From El Cisne you can organize treks to Cráter La Olleta, the Santa Isabel glacier edge, and Laguna Verde.
