De la Rivière 55
De la Rivière 55 is a Parc national de la Gaspésie wilderness cabin in the Mont-Albert area. It’s set up for backcountry-style overnighting as a small, fully equipped unit rather than a shared dorm-type refuge.
The cabin sleeps 2 people in a single open-concept room. It includes one queen-size bed, a kitchenette (small fridge, cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, and an electric coffee-maker with filters), and a full private bathroom with a shower.
On the grounds there’s a picnic table and a BBQ/fire-pit area for outdoor meals. Electricity is available, and the cabin also connects into Gîte du Mont-Albert services (including summer pool access, plus sauna and restaurant access). Pets are prohibited.
The operating window is typically late May through mid-to-late October, with pricing varying by season and dates; park access fees are generally added upon booking (sometimes bundled with accommodation). Booking is handled through the Sépaq online booking process.
