Nahmakanta Lake Wilderness Camp

Nahmakanta Lake Wilderness Camp is a backcountry hut/camp operation on Maine’s North Woods lakes region, centered on Nahmakanta Lake. The camp is marketed as an authentic wilderness setting, with private lakefront guest cabins and a historic 19th-century lodge as the main base for meals and camp activities. Activities promoted around the camp include hiking, canoeing/kayaking, swimming, moose watching, evening campfires, and fishing (including brook trout fishing at nearby hike-in brook trout ponds and trolling/casting for salmon on Nahmakanta Lake and Stream).
