Refugio Casa Blanca

Refugio Casa Blanca is a high alpine backcountry hut at about 4,800 m in Bolivia’s Cordillera Real, positioned as a practical mountain base near Zongo Pass for acclimatization and Huayna Potosí itineraries. It’s commonly used as the overnight stop for the transition from Maria Lloco to the Zongo Pass approach, and it sits under the ice flanks of Huayna Potosí.
