Squirrel's Nest Camping Shelter #2

Squirrel's Nest Camping Shelter #2 is one of the screened primitive camping shelters at Historic Blakeley State Park, rented to individuals or small groups. It has a maximum capacity of six people, and each shelter is set up with hammock hooks. Sleeping bags can be used on the platforms; the shelter does not have water or power service.

Rental includes picnic tables, fire rings, a grill, and a portable restroom. The price is $30 per night for up to two people, with $5 per additional camper per night for age 6 and up, and park admission is included. Reservations are required, and check-in runs from 1 PM to 7 PM (late check-in 7–9 PM); the park gate closes at 9 PM and only checked-in guests have access to the gate code.
