Thredbo Farm Ski Lodge

Thredbo Farm Ski Lodge is a member-owned communal alpine lodge in Crackenback, on the Alpine Way, used as a backcountry-style base for snow and winter activities. It sits directly opposite Lake Crackenback Resort and the Ski Tube, placing it close to the Thredbo-Perisher area access points.

The lodge sleeps up to 57 people across 18 rooms/units, with accommodation configurations that include loft apartments, ensuite rooms, and bunk rooms (including options for under-18s). Indoors it has a large commercial-style kitchen, dining room, and an adult lounge/bar with a central fireplace; for recreation there’s a games room (pool and table tennis) plus a spa and sauna. For ski prep it offers ski storage, a drying room for boots/clothes, lockers, and a ski-tuning room; laundry and limited Wi‑Fi are also available, with no televisions. Guests should plan to bring sheets, a pillowcase, and a towel; a booking officer provides bed details for the assigned room.

Booking is handled through the lodge’s member-oriented process: guest stays are available to non-members via invitation, with the first visit requiring staying with their member contact. Priority bookings are allocated first for lodge members, and groups can request exclusive “Whole of Lodge” use for special events. It’s not pet-friendly (no pets allowed).
