Deville Chimney

Deville Chimney is a mountaineering route on the Rogers Pass–Battle Range traverse, reached from Glacier Circle Hut and climbed toward the Deville Neve. In summer conditions it is rated PD, 5.1.

The line includes a crux bulge and can retain patches of snow or ice. An ascent account found an old anchor and an old piton at the bulge, with little other protection encountered; allow just under three hours for the chimney itself when conditions and route-finding are comparable.
