The Lounge

The Lounge is a small sport-climbing crag in the Chuck Chuck Creek group in Squamish Valley, about 35 minutes north of Squamish. The sector is part of an area whose climbing is organized mainly around single-pitch routes.

The rock at Chuck Chuck Creek is known to dry quickly after light rain, although longer wet periods can leave some seepage. Older local commentary characterizes The Lounge’s climbing as mossy and comparatively modest beside stronger Squamish objectives, so it is best approached as a low-key sector rather than a major destination.
