Abri du Grand Remblai

Abri du Grand Remblai is a free, first-come, first-served backcountry shelter in the Jura mountains. It’s an unmanaged refuge: bring a sleeping setup and expect no guaranteed bed or warmth; a wood stove is provided but it may not be in service when you arrive.

The shelter is simple and built around essentials—sleeping platforms for around 5 people plus tables and benches. Use it as an emergency/waypoint style shelter rather than a fully serviced hut; plan meals accordingly.
