Baccu de la Fontaine du Moret

Baccu de la Fontaine du Moret is a small, unmanaged forest shelter in the Jura (France). It’s an open-access baccu—built as a temporary charcoal/bûcheron working habitat—so there’s no host and no booking process; plan for first-come use.

The shelter is a lightweight wood structure with gaps between the timbers sealed using moss or clay, and it has no provisions such as sleeping bedding or covers. There’s water within 100 m, while there are no latrines and no stove or chimney provided. The surrounding setting includes a forested area close by, and it’s intended for respectful overnight use with the shelter left clean.
