Baraque forestière de sous Courtet

Baraque forestière de sous Courtet is a small backcountry cabin in the Dévoluy massif (near Tréminis), used as a free, unstaffed shelter for hikers and thru-travelers. Use is first-come, first-served with no reservation or payment required.

The cabin has room for up to about 6 people and includes a stove for heating. There’s no toilet or running water in the shelter; water is available from the nearby torrent (Ebron). Recent route notes also flag that the stove may not be dependable and the shelter is perched on a steep slope.
