Bastidon de la Daoust - Jas de Ligourés

Bastidon de la Daoust – Jas de Ligourés (also known as Jas de Ligourès) is an unstaffed, free-access stone shelter near Meyrargues, intended for hikers and hunters. It is a small restored cabin from an earlier “maquis” shelter, rebuilt in 2020 by the Grand Site Concors Sainte-Victoire (roof, facade, joinery, lean-to, and securing of the well).

On-site, there is a fireplace/cheminée. There are no places to sleep provided (0 beds, no mattresses/covers), and there is no drinking water; plan to carry your own water. If you’re using it for an overnight emergency, treat it as a shelter-only stop rather than a staffed hut.
