Bergerie des Ayes

Bergerie des Ayes is a small backcountry shelter run by the Syndicat ovin de Chichiliane. It has sleeping space for 2 people and sits at an elevation of about 1240 m, with use tied to the livestock season (“estive”). Inside, there is seating (a table with 4 chairs) and a folding bed set-up (a bed pushed back against the wall with a two-person mattress), plus a gas cooking system (gas stove, gas oven, and a shared gas bottle) and a wood stove.
