Brandy Flat Hut
Brandy Flat Hut is a Namadgi National Park backcountry hut used as a day-stop rest area and as an emergency shelter for walkers and cyclists. It sits near the junction of the Brandy Flat and Gudgenby Creek fire trails, and it’s reached by following the Brandy Flat Fire Trail from Boboyan Road (south approach) or from Glendale Crossing (north approach).
For overnight use, bring a tent—staying at the hut is not the intended accommodation mode. The site has basic drop-toilet facilities and water is available, but you should treat any drinking water. No exclusive booking for private use is available; camping in the park requires a general campground booking and a Namadgi permit, with camping otherwise handled on a first-come, first-served basis outside the hut.
