Bucky Cabin
Bucky Cabin is a day-use wilderness hut in the Kaslo Nordic area in southeastern BC, set along the historic Kaslo to Sandon Wagon Road. It’s a straightforward warming stop for people moving through the trail network on ski or on foot, with use that doesn’t involve reservations or overnight stays.
Facilities are basic: an outhouse plus warming amenities. Firewood is available, but you’re expected to bring your own starter/kindling and the winter gear you’ll need to be comfortable in cold conditions.
