Cabane d'Artigue Longue

Cabane d'Artigue Longue is a small, unstaffed mountain hut in the French Pyrenees (elevation 1,538 m) used for self-reliant overnight stays. It’s free to use with no reservation system, so expect a first-come approach and bring everything you need to be self-sufficient.

Inside, the hut is set up for sleeping for small parties: it has space for up to 4 people, with 2-tier sleeping platforms plus mattresses. There’s a fireplace and a cooking area (table and bench) with basic kitchen essentials, but there’s no electricity and no on-site drinking-water supply beyond what’s available there (water is available).
